Our Mission

To sensitively and transparently work with you to find a debt solution that suits both you and your creditor(s).

Unsustainable debt can be an immense burden to bear. Our goal is to help find a solution that works for both you and your creditors. Together we can deal with your unmanageable debt and to return you to long term solvency.

McNamara & Associates was founded by Cathal McNamara, as a dedicated personal insolvency practice based in Swords, Co. Dublin. We are qualified advisors regulated by the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI). We are also members of the Association of Personal Insolvency Practitioners (APIP).

Prior to establishing McNamara & Associates, Cathal completed his training with Mitchell O’Brien of IRS Ireland, Ireland’s first dedicated personal insolvency practice. There he was exposed to >300 unique PIA, DSA and Bankruptcy cases providing a wealth of knowledge and experience in sustainable debt solutions.
